3 yr Longleaf in Burmuda Pasture |
|
| Unused cropland with no plans for production should be planted with pine or hardwood, depending on soil type, geographic region, topographic location, and management goals. Site preparation, if needed, should be performed in late summer or early fall, so that planting may be done in late fall or winter.
Cut-over sites should be reforested as soon as possible after harvest. Species selection should be made on degree of site location and quality, degree of site preparation, and desired product.
We have many years of experience with reforestation on all types of sites and with all major pine and hardwood species. Let us assist you from site preparation to post-plant herbicide application with your reforestation needs.
